Spring in New York

So we were lucky enough to hop on a plane and visit our dear friends Danny and Sheena in Manhattan. They showed us around like a couple of locals and we got to see the non touristy side of the city. Thanks so much to them for letting us crash on their futon! You will be seeing many of the shots I got while we were there up on my blog and in my portfolio.

Brooklyn Bridge

So you always wonder why some of the iconic land marks are iconic land marks. Then you see them in person and you understand just why they are. We made a quick trip out to New York and visited the Brooklyn Bridge. Seeing this in person let me appreciate the amazing geometric patterns created by the support wires. It was under construction however I still managed to get some great shots.
