A Mountain Elopement

Ashley and Addison are a lovely couple that decided to elope in Moraine Lake, near Lake Louise, Alberta. The scene was stunning, however it ended up raining for the entire ceremony and all of the pictures afterwards. Ashley was a total trooper, most brides would have fallen to pieces at having to walk through puddles and have their hair get wet, she just hiked up her dress and off we went. The rain did have the upside of getting rid of almost all of the tourists and we generally had the entire lake to ourselves. The pictures turned out amazing in spite of the clouds and rain. Lake Louise Engagement

Ashley and I were lucky enough to photograph the newly engaged David and Jillian. The shoot was in Lake Louise and it was very cold out that day. I was dressed in full snowboarding gear and some how I managed to talk them into taking off their jackets for some of these shots. They are a beautiful couple as you can see and we are very happy for them! Oh and the pictures are EPIC!!!!
