We did a great engagement shoot with Tara and Will and it turned out beautifully inspire of the rain!

A Mountain Elopement

Ashley and Addison are a lovely couple that decided to elope in Moraine Lake, near Lake Louise, Alberta. The scene was stunning, however it ended up raining for the entire ceremony and all of the pictures afterwards. Ashley was a total trooper, most brides would have fallen to pieces at having to walk through puddles and have their hair get wet, she just hiked up her dress and off we went. The rain did have the upside of getting rid of almost all of the tourists and we generally had the entire lake to ourselves. The pictures turned out amazing in spite of the clouds and rain. Thanks Ashley and Addison for sharing your special day with me.

Brittani and Brandon Just Got Engaged!

Another COLD engagement shoot, this time in Banff! Brittani and Brandon were wonderful to work with, we even stopped for hot chocolate in the middle of our shoot. Can't get much more romantic than skating in Banff as the sun sets.

Finally I have gotten around to posting some of the photos from the 2012 wedding season. This has been a little delayed due my own wedding in September which took up most of my free time which is normally reserved for photography, for this I have no regrets at all, it was so amazing!! Anyways check out the photos HERE. The pictures below are some gems that I had forgotten about and never posted (this happens more often than I like). This was an amazing summer engagement shoot in the foothills of the rockies. Brittany and Max are a stunning couple to be able to work with.
